What I do at work:
"I am a Certified Surgical Technologist in women's services. I work in the operating room and do all kinds of different women's surgeries including C-Sections and Fetal Interventional procedures."
Best cup of advice for surgical technologists:
"Be a better version of yourself by being compassionate to every patient. Everyday you have a chance to show kindness and empathy and just by holding a patient's hand can make a difference to them. Surgery can be intense, stay calm, focused and supportive. Always be willing to learn something new, and you'll never stop growing. With all these things you will make a difference knowing you are helping save lives and improve peoples health. YOU CAN AND WILL DO THIS!"
